About Crossroads India:

Crossroads India was launched in late 2012. Director Mathotmi Vasha, a national missionary with the Manipur Baptist Convention, heard about Crossroads through Paul Tan, the director of Crossroads Singapore. Thanks to this newfound partnership, Vasha has been able to supplement his existing prison ministry with Crossroads’s Bible study and discipleship courses.

At the time of the program’s launch, twenty-three students from the men’s prison in Manipur were enrolled in Crossroads courses. Crossroads India has plans to expand into the women’s prison and into two halfway houses for recovering addicts. Access to the prisons is possible because of positive relationships with local prison authorities.
